Gail and I had the opportunity to work together for some “closet therapy.” Gail is a recent retiree and looking to get re-motivated and inspired about her wardrobe and explore new possibilities.
We talked at length about color and, after draping, discovered that Gail’s coloring is that of a Summer. She has a gentle softness about her and I advised her to wear cooler, blue based colors. Gail looks fabulous in medium to low intensity colors. For Gail, comfort in her clothing is very important, and, at the same time, she wants to express her feminine side. So, we went to work in her closet to match up items that expressed her fashion personality.

I recommended to Gail that she have her makeup done and suggested arrangements for her to have a session with Paula at the Chanel counter. I have taken just about all of my clients to Paula and the results are fabulous.
As you can see from the pictures, Gail was transformed! I took the process a step further and draped her in a soft champagne and taupe shawl and added ecru colored earrings! See how she sparkles with the right makeup and colors?
